Our Services

Sound healing therapy has been practiced for thousands of years ~ to balance the mind, body and spirit.

Through Himalayan and Crystal singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Chimes and other instruments,

I will create a unique session leaving you relaxed and more connected to the Wisdom of the Soul.

Science has proven the benefit of Sound Vibrations heard and felt in the body.

By allowing the body to relax you awaken it's ability to reset and refresh.

In July 2019 I received my Holy Fire Reiki Level II attunement.

Although I do not specifically practice Reiki, the energy does flow through me to where it is needed

and I infuse my sound practice with the healing energies.

In February 2025 I became a practitioner of ASMR+TAPPING+EFT.

I incorporate EFT into everything or it can be a stand alone experience.

ASMR is also incorporated into everything with the addition of touch during individual sessions and sound experiences.

In March 2013 I became a Young Living Essential Oil Member.

In 2020 my husband, Jonathan, and I became Ordained Ministers of the Universatl Church of Life.

We also offer Public Sound Baths, Events and Classes.

Your body talks to you… do you listen? That pain in your shoulder is connected to something. That asthma diagnosis is an opportunity to reflect.
One of my favorite tools is a book. Messages from the Body has become my go to reference and guide.
As I step into my practice deeper, I am connecting the reactions of my instruments, the knowledge of trapped emotions and additional support information to help my clients realize what is causing the issue.
I highly recommend this book for you at home. But beware… you might catch yourself doing a bit of a deep dive on yourself. Looking back to illnesses you had and what was going on in your life at that time can be so fascinating and eye opening!

I went to the @pfccoop while I was hungry. Had to focus and only purchase what I was there for. I remembered two thin slices of sourdough waiting for me at home, so I quickly grabbed tofu, peppadew peppers some olive/sundried tomato bruschetta from the salad bar. At home I chopped up the peppers and tofu, added chickpeas and a little olive oil. Mixed… voila🥰
I rubbed one slice of bread with a garlic clove and broiled each side. I tore bite-size pieces, piled it with the mixture and, well you know the rest. It was delicious!🤤 And there is still plenty left over! I may mash the rest and make into patties/cakes for a “burger” or “salmon patty” meal.
In Human Design I prefer variety and cold foods. When I focus on eating this way, not only is my body happy, but I don’t feel weighted down and I know I am providing the nutrients my body wants.✌🏻❤️🎶✨🤓

I love my new tea purchase! I used to have a practice of a cup of tea every night to allow myself to calm down and relax before going to bed. Through the busyness of life, that habit fell away and I can say now looking back, I miss that routine and can’t help but wonder how things may have been if I had kept it.
Well… coulda shoulda woulda! I am conscious of the choices I am making again and I make time for myself a focus. @numiorganictea makes it easy with their line of beverages. EFT was first introduced in the 1990s by Gary Craig, a Stanford Engineer, when he realized the benefits of tapping on specific meridian pressure points. This process was enhanced when Louise Hay laid the groundwork for the development of techniques like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), which uses Tapping+Affirmations to address emotional and physical issues.

This is my AFTER face. I had an amazing massage with @caileeraeofsunshine at Rise Wellness Collective in the former Rubber Mills. I highly recommend making a conscious effort to gift yourself some form of self-care once a month.
I have committed to myself this form of love, whether massage, breathwork, reiki or another modality. What will you do for yourself this month?

I recorded this after I had set up and cleansed the space for a Private Group Sound Experience. (Volume up - only recorded on my phone, so some is quiet.) Each instrument I brought that day had a little play time. They need to acclimate and connect to the space the same as I do, so I will do short tests like this to see which needs a little more time or who is picking up more energy. All tell me how they need to be played for that session and I react.
Providing a calm and grounded space for guests is so important. I also dim the lights, have background music or noises and offer essential oils to enhance the experience.

This is a very fast 3+ minutes… imagine 60-90 minutes with each instrument playing with intent as they react to the attendees. When you are ready for vibrational wellness, send me a message.✌🏻❤️🎶✨🤓
